Terms and Conditions.
1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time prior to an order being placed.
2. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
3. Orders received before 10.00am will normally be dispatched the same day providing we have the item/s in stock otherwise deliveries will normally be made within 28 days.
4. All payments will be through the secure Paypal system and no personal details apart from email and delivery addresses are shared with ourselves.
5. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 28 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt for instructions.
6. All forms of fly fishing can be dangerous especially for salmon in windy conditions. It should be understood that you use the flies at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for personal injury. We recommend that the inexperienced receive some casting tuition and wear some form of eye protection.

RETURNS POLICY.
If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase a refund will be given. The item must be returned in an unused and resalable condition to receive refund. Return postage remains the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods can be proven to be faulty or not as described, in which case a full refund will be given. We suggest you obtain proof of posting when returning goods.

Any details we receive from you will not be shared with any third parties. We may occasionally send promotional emails detailing changes or additions to the site.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected
